Our history

In 2007, WEB-LIDER was purchased by Max Wilhard, who reorganized the company into the Open Joint-Stock Company "Web Lider" with an authorized capital of 1,000,000 rubles and continued to actively grow its client base. However, during the 2009 crisis, the client base was deliberately reduced, the OJSC was liquidated, and since then, the company has existed as a small family business—a business that serves personal projects and projects of friends.

In 2023, Max sold 50% of the company to Sergey Muravyov, and from that moment, the company received a new impetus to improve its services and achieve rapid growth.

WEB-LIDER was founded on June 2, 2004, and in 2005 we became the winner of the state competition “Supplier of the Year” in the nomination “Information Technology” - the diploma was awarded personally by Herman Gref.
